Juggling a busy schedule


Anyone else feel like they are juggling life and barely keeping it all together? Sometimes I take on wayyy too much and wonder why I have stressed myself out thinking that I can do everything! Apparently, that is not always the case.


I hate being bored so fill my schedule to the absolute max! sometimes even planning it out to the minute to jam pack as much in as possible. It can be great but also very stressful!


Through all my stressful times

I have managed to pick up some tips along the way.


1. Be realistic with your time.


I am all for jamming in as much as possible! And I literally mean every hour of the day accounted for! But sometimes you just need that chill evening or time to reset. It’s important to recognise when you are managing everything and when you are not and allowing yourself this time.


2. Plan and prep!


You can actually save so much time just by being organised! Something I am still working on trust me. Things like preparing meals for more than one day or prepping for your workout the night before (especially when its an early morning one). These make you more likely to achieve everything you need to do the next day.




3. Make lists and prioritise


I forget everything! Making lists really helps me to know everything that I need to do and makes sure it is done on time. Without this I would be utterly useless.


4. Be kind to yourself


I have had to realise that as ive taken on more and more sometimes I just not possible to do everything! To someone who likes to fit in absolutely everything, this can sometimes be a hard thing to realise. But it also helps you to prioritise some you time!
